    Happy Easter.

That photo in background looks like Ouray, CO…or am I wrong?

    • It is, indeed, LL. Good eye! Happy Easter to you, Sir! And thank you!

      • LL says:

Ouray is one of my very favorite places. I end up there for a week or two every summer with my 4×4.

        • I don’t blame you. The mining roads and jeep trail in the San Juans are the most scenic in the whole country, I think. Although, the ones in the California Sierras are pretty good, as well. You ever go up the Owens valley and 4×4 the White Mountains? And Utah is crazy good, as well.

If you’re in the state in coming summers and end up in the Front Range, please let me know, and we’ll buy you a Surf & Turf and some good Colorado wine to make up for that bet lost to Adrienne! Or you can just stop by the Grunt Ranch Workshop Saloon.

          • LL says:

I’ve been just about everywhere in Utah. The same is true of Arizona. Both are great places to 4×4. I grew up on a ranch in the Grand Junction area before setting out to see the world. The old mining roads up in your neck are generally easy to drive and the views are spectacular. I’ll give you a shout when I’m up there next.

            • Easy until a Jeep rolls by and knocks you off the ledge! My last target in Utah was the Robber’s Roost area near the Dirty Devil River east of Hanksville. Mainly because of the outlaw history and its connection to Brown’s Hole in NW Colorado. Look forward to it!

  5. Shalini says:

Wish you a blessed Easter, Grunt and Gruntessa!! Hope you are all doing good!!

    • Thank you, Dear Shal! We wish you and your good husband and baby a wonderful Easter! Bless you. And if Knight doesn’t stop by, please wish him and his family a blessed Easter from us, as well!

  6. Shalini says:

Sure thing, Grunt! Btw, it’s babies now. 😊 I was blessed with a baby girl last December. Her baptism is this coming weekend. Please do keep her in your prayers.

Is the LO in the picture your granddaughter?
