David French: “Nauseating Calls for Unity”

Somebody get a straightjacket.  Here’s Hannity and Gingrich discussing that David French quote along with Speaker Paul Ryan’s refusal to endorse Donald Trump.

I have to agree with these guys, by the way. I have great respect for Gingrich, and in my mind, him being Reagan’s lieutenant back in the day, I think he speaks for Reagan far better than Paul Ryan.

I would love to see Gingrich as vice-president to Trump’s POTUS. He would be a great help to Trump in getting things done; and would be able to work on his own as well.
    Sessions would be great, too.

    • My pick would be Newt, but my wife wisely points out that Sessions might be a better choice just because a lot of people still dislike Newt for some reason. I just hope it’s not some establishment idiot like McCain or McConnell.

It won’t be. Trump is too smart for that (though McCain did come out and say that he would endorse and vote for the party choice. ie:Trump)
And the people who dislike Newt so much are the ones who have forgotten (or are too stupid to have ever known about) all of the great, conservative things that Newt either led the way on or supported and helped become reality. Of course, there are those who just want to tear him down in the eyes of conservatives so that we will keep him from ever working in that way again. Sometimes I think that that plan is working – and not just on Newt, but on any conservative activist – because so many people who are (supposedly) on our side are the same as the progressive masses: it’s so much easier to be led than to think.
