Sovereignty, Baby!

The European Union takes the first bullet as Britain votes to leave.  Nigel Farage (below): “A new dawn is breaking.”  Huge blow for Globalism.  David Cameron’s career over.  Other countries poised to leave also.  Some say this result, which Trump supported, will buoy his chances here in the US in November.

It’s a big deal, and despite Barack’s threats that the US would leave the UK hanging, that won’t happen. I honestly thought that Germany would be the first to leave the EU but the Brits beat them to it. People want local control over their lives. Who can blame them? The US was founded on the principle of State’s Rights – and the 10th Amendment.

    • The EU was understandably no longer trusted after they tried to force Islamization, unrepresented taxation, economic slavery and other assorted dumbassery on the Brits and everyone else. Like you pointed out, the Germans should have left long ago. The Swiss just recently said you’d have to be a ‘lunatic’ to join now. Not hard to get, really.

Good on the Brits! Maybe now they can get a handle on controlling their “Asian” population.

    • Amen! That’s far from over, though. One of their ministers tweeted an “EU Inshallah” message yesterday, which means, “If Allah wills it.” That was a blonde, Anglo minister, too. Dumbass.

Could have knocked me over with that proverbial feather. Good on the peeps of the UK. Trump 2016

The nerve of those Brits, wanting to control their own sovereign borders.

I think it was my vote that swung it. 😉

I am sooooooooo happy with this vote. The pound might be in the toilet, but tomorrow is another day and investors the world ’round are already rubbing their hands. 🙂 Think this will throw a monkey wrench into the Dems’ election rhetoric?

    • I do! I’m quite sure the pound will recover soon enough, probably too fast for us to make any money off of it being low. Doing the happy dance here, too, Trail. Thanks for coming by!

I’ve seen a lot of that “TEXIT” going around. I’d prefer a “BHOEXIT”.
