More Fun with Mind-Melding Gone Wrong: Very Wrong…
Why is Nimoy giving the virago a “frontal lobe massage”? How could he TOUCH the crone? Maybe he thought she was from his sister planet “Vulcunt”.
Hey, like Tonto, Spock gets a lot of crummy jobs… But I like your theory about that sister planet. I’ve met a lot of chicks from that planet. Seems like a friggin’ invasion sometimes!
Funny thing about Jay Silverheels signature character… “Tonto” in Spanish means “idiot”.
I think that was kind of a bad characterization, and kind of too obvious, really. “Kemosabe” obviously meant (from Spanish) “One who knows.” And then Tonto(which means foolish one, like you say) ends up saving LR’s bacon half the time. I think he deserved a better sidekick name! Of course, that doesn’t keep me from calling Gruntessa “Tonta” every once in a while.
But not where she can hear it, I’d bet.
Spock and the Cupid Stunt.
I LOVE “Spoonerisms”!
Now, far be it from me to tell Spock how to handle his business….but I’ve never seen a mind meld technique whereby one sticks his finger up some crone’s nostril.
Or is he taking a shortcut?
I think the mind-meld just works better that way. Besides, it made me laugh. I certainly wouldn’t want any of my appendages in that crone, though.
So, you didn’t have anything to say about the second pic? I’d a thought you’d like that one.
I do like it. Most definitely! But I think Spock should let me handle that one. I’m more experienced in that area of “research”. IOW…I’m jealous as hell. 😉
“Captain – sensing high levels of stupidity in this sector. Set phasers to destroy.”
I’m surprised you didn’t slip a Dr. Who reference in there!
“There’s a considerable difference between courage and reckless stupidity” How’s that? ;P Just bring the Daleks in….
There’s nothing like a Spock, double orb, massage. Oh, and phasors PLEASE!
Glad you approve, Woodster! Phasors on ‘incinerate!’
Damn! I just noticed……
We see where you’ve got your thumb, Spock! You dirty old man!

This is exceptionally weird. At least, it is to me. Perhaps someone out there has an explanation?
To check this out – since I was *positive* that it couldn’t be true – I first went to my KJV prophecy Bible….where I found that wolf had replaced lion. Then, I went to my father’s RSV which he got in 1958….and the same change had occurred.
Now, I’m sure that “lion” was used in the first sentence when I saw it just 2-3 weeks ago. Yet now, it uses “wolf” in the first sentence. In all of my life, I have never seen wolf used there.
Anybody got *any* ideas about what is happening with this?
