“This is Orwellian.” Heh. I think this speaks for itself. Hat tip to C.W. Swanson from the Daily TW.

His concerns are valid. He may need to join Snowden in Moscow — fleeing to Russia for safety.
Like you say below, he probably doesn’t have much to worry about if he doesn’t go full crusader. But if he does start rocking the boat, his modest profile may actually put him in more danger than if he were well known. Other suspicious deaths seem to be mostly limited to writers on the cusp of getting attention. The deaths are ignorable. Those already famous, like Sharyl Attkisson, seem to get other kinds of non-lethal harrassment.
Bloody hell, he’s making me nervous for him! Look out for men in dark coats in dark cars watching you! He seems genuinely freaked out.
Who owns The Huffington Post, as in, ya know, who owns the media control? The world remains as crooked as it ever was.
No kidding! I don’t know who owns HuffPo, but I just found this 5 year old piece about the news blackout on suspicious ties of 30 different major news organizations. Plus, the ties of most news organizations to the Democrat Party are deep and thick, and the party is practically a crime family. I really do see a lot of fear, for whatever reason, among journalists to broach certain subjects that should be fair game.

I highly doubt Mr. Seaman is important or well known enough to fear for his life. I understand that the Huffington Post readership is declining.
The Huffington Post editorial folks spiked his story and that ends it. I think that if he crusades on the issue, there can always be a car accident or a suicide.
I think both of you are right. He’ll have a weird relationship with the editors for a while, but the biggest fallout will be his loss-of-innocence, and some eye-opening realizations that will probably result in him applying for a staff position at the Daily Beast or somewhere else.
